Strong leaders understand that leadership is about relationships (Hoerr 2006). What are the personal and interpersonal capabilities of effective leaders? This two day experiential workshop for school executive staff is designed to help them create a dynamic and collaborative school culture, make work purposeful, foster positive relationships and enhance their capacity to cope well in difficult times. This course draws on school-based case studies and research to support effective leadership in schools.
